    Cute clothes

    I finally got my hands on some really cute clothes, but man did it take forever for them to arrive! I swear, I was getting super antsy waiting for my package. Luckily, Camilla came through and saved the day. She's seriously like a superhero or something!

    clothing exchange and refund process

    As a customer, I was really disappointed with how slow and unorganized the clothing exchange and refund process was. The quality of the clothes didn't live up to the expensive prices they had. It took forever, like over a month, from the time I asked for the exchange until I actually got my money back. The lack of communication and quick responses really turned me off. I was hoping for a smoother and faster process, especially from a retail company.

    Mae blouse, described as viscose but actually thin cotton

    I was really looking forward to getting the Mae blouse because the website said it was made from a soft viscose fabric. Sadly, when it showed up, it was actually this super thin cotton material that was all wrinkled. It didn't look anything like the pictures online. I wish I knew it was cotton before I bought it, definitely would have passed. And then on top of that, they charge £3.99 for returns which just added to my annoyance. Plus, there weren't any reviews on the website which made me wonder how real that feedback actually is. I tried to call customer service but couldn't get through as their mailboxes were all full. Finally got an email response the next day where they said they'd refund me and fix the description on the site. But I'm bummed they won't change the fabric to match what was originally advertised.
