Overpriced order
I just bought something and it ended up being double the price that was advertised. I tried emailing customer service about it, but never heard back. It's been a frustrating experience and now I don't plan on shopping there again. I used to buy stuff from them every holiday season, but not anymore after this mess.

Acne skin struggle
I've been struggling with acne forever it feels like. I tried tons of different skincare products, but nothing did the trick. Then my friend told me to give this brand's products a shot, and I'm so thankful she did! After using them for about six months, my skin has cleared up a lot. I finally found something that works for me. Thank you a million times!

Return Issue
They're not even responding to my request for a return on an item that hasn't even been sent out yet. The delivery date they gave me was totally wrong, and now I have to wait for over two months to get my order. It's really frustrating how they're making it so hard for me to return something.

Outdoor gear purchase
I recently bought some outdoor gear from this store online. While the products were good and the quality was okay, I had some problems with the ordering and delivery. The messages I got from the system were kind of confusing and didn't really tell me when my order would come. Even though they said my order would ship on time, it actually showed up five days late. Plus, they charged me before they even sent it out, which was annoying. When I talked to someone at the store, they admitted that their system isn't the best, which was pretty disappointing to hear. Overall, the whole thing was kind of a letdown, especially coming from a store that's supposed to be so good.
