    Outdoor Gear Purchase

    My time at Sportsman's Warehouse was pretty disappointing, especially in terms of customer service. The moment I walked in, it was obvious that the employees weren't really into helping customers. They seemed uninterested and kind of distant, which definitely didn't make my visit very pleasant. I tried to ask for help in the footwear section, but the workers just didn't seem eager to assist me in finding what I needed.

    When I went to the customer service counter to do an exchange, the person who was supposed to help me seemed like she had no interest in her job or in helping me. Not only was her lack of enthusiasm disappointing, but she also didn't really provide any meaningful help. Feeling frustrated, I decided to return the item and get my money back. Unfortunately, the customer service rep I dealt with had a dismissive attitude and didn't take my concerns seriously.

    It's really disappointing to see that Sportsman's Warehouse in Anchorage, Alaska doesn't prioritize customer service. Providing a positive customer experience should be a top priority for any business, but the employees at this location clearly don't have the motivation to deliver exceptional service. If you're looking for good customer service, I'd recommend going elsewhere. The employees at this store don't seem to care about customers, and that really shows in their interactions. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

    I recently bought some camping gear online. The ordering process went pretty smoothly, and I got a confirmation of my order quickly. But like someone else mentioned, I had a problem with the delivery. The stuff was sent to a store really far from where I live, so it was a pain to go pick it up. Even though the service rep I talked to was nice, I was bummed that the store wouldn't just ship it to my house. Not having that option was annoying and put a damper on what was otherwise a good shopping experience. Hopefully, they can step up their shipping game in the future and make things more convenient for customers.

    I recently bought some outdoor clothing at your store and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service and pricing. The staff there was super helpful and knew their stuff, which made shopping easy and quick. I found exactly what I wanted at a better price than other stores. The clothes I got are top-notch and have been holding up really well. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to Sportsman's Warehouse for more gear in the future.

    I just picked up this rad fishing rod from Sportsman's Warehouse. When I first ordered it, there was a mix-up and my rod didn't get shipped. After emailing them and waiting a bit for a response, they quickly fixed the issue and I had my rod in hand just a few days later. The person I chatted with was so cool!

    Online Rifle Purchase

    I'm so frustrated with this store's lack of communication and customer service. I ordered a rifle online and never got any updates or confirmation. Then, my debit card hold expired, and when I tried to cancel the order, it was impossible to reach anyone. No one picked up the phone, and my emails were ignored. So, I ended up buying a gun locally to avoid more headaches. But then, out of nowhere, three weeks later, they charged my account and shipped the gun without warning. Seriously, could they be any more incompetent? I had to dispute the charge, but thankfully got my money back, minus the ridiculous shipping fee. And let's talk about their products - the shop where I bought my gun warned me that Sportsman's Warehouse sells cheap knock-offs. It's like buying tools from Home Depot - just throwing your money away.

    Sportiva hiking boots, online sale, wrong size

    I got these awesome hiking boots online because they were on sale, but turns out I got the wrong size. I figured I could swap them for a bigger pair, but no way! Customer service shut that idea down real quick - no exchanges or refunds allowed. Ugh, seriously?! Now I'm stuck with these too-small boots and there's nothing I can do. Definitely not shopping there again.

    I thought I hit the jackpot with their promise of items in stock and fast shipping, but man was I wrong. I ordered some fishing gear online, only to realize later that they didn't actually have it in stock. They took my money right away and left me hanging for weeks without any updates. It's so annoying to be lied to and kept in the dark about my order. Not worth the headache just to save a little cash. Sportsman's Warehouse needs to get their act together and start being straight with their customers.

    I went to this store to pick up a fishing pole and some tackle, but it was a major disappointment. The staff there were no help at all, and to top it off, I later found out that they sell display models as new at full price! They weren't very accommodating when I tried to return a defective item either. Just a heads up for all the fellow sportsmen out there - I'd avoid this place. They seem like they're barely hanging on anyway, so maybe just let them fade away.

    Just wanted to share my recent experience ordering sports equipment. I placed my order on December 13th with the expectation of picking it up in-store on the 26th. The first part of my order was ready on time, but the second part was marked as in stock on the website even though it wasn't available at the store. When I tried to pick up the item in-store, they said it wouldn't be available until it was shipped. This means I'll have to make another trip on the 29th if it ships on time. The customer service was pretty much non-existent, online and in-store. In my opinion, their web shopping and maintenance are terrible. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere to save yourself the headache.
