Camping gear
I had a really bad experience with this store. I ordered some camping gear online and not only did my stuff show up late, they also charged me too much for it. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all and acted like they didn't care. I was so annoyed and let down by the whole situation. I for sure won't be shopping here again.

Problematic water machine
I've been a customer for a while now, and I've been dealing with my water machine leaking on and off. At first, customer service was great and tried to fix it, but my last experience was a letdown. They know there's a problem with the machine, but all they offered was a new one at a small discount. I've been loyal, so I expected more help and care.
