I just bought bus tickets using this service and was happy with how fast I got them after paying. But, I had a hard time figuring out where exactly the bus stops were. Turns out, the bus didn't stop right at the terminal, so we had to hunt around for it nearby.

I got the Notecube and Little Letterbox for my crush for Valentine's Day. We both really liked them, so much that I decided to buy the Little Letterbox as well. My crush enjoys getting surprise mail and it's fun to do nice things for each other. It just goes to show, it's the small things that matter most!

Sports Equipment
Just wanted to share my recent experience ordering sports equipment. I placed my order on December 13th with the expectation of picking it up in-store on the 26th. The first part of my order was ready on time, but the second part was marked as in stock on the website even though it wasn't available at the store. When I tried to pick up the item in-store, they said it wouldn't be available until it was shipped. This means I'll have to make another trip on the 29th if it ships on time. The customer service was pretty much non-existent, online and in-store. In my opinion, their web shopping and maintenance are terrible. I'd suggest shopping elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

Online customer service experience
I just had an awesome online conversation with this rep who really saved my butt with a problem I was having. Their name was 'D' and they were super professional and quick at fixing things. I was freaking out but 'D' helped me chill out and fixed it right up. I also learned to always check my spam folder before going full panic mode. 'D' really went the extra mile and helped me out, even though it was late. A+ customer service for sure!

Deceptive BOGO deal
This company is so sketchy! They reel you in with a buy one get one free deal, but then when you go to check out, they cancel the discount and hit you with the full price, plus shipping. It's a total bait and switch move that's just slimy and wrong. They're totally ripping off their customers and it's not cool.

Honestly I don’t understand all of the bad reviews. My order was processed and shipped after 3 days and my order got here one week later. When I had a issue with my email and contacted customer service, they reached out to me right away and resolved my issue. The shoes are legit and look great.
