Variety of puzzles
The store has a really diverse selection of puzzles for all skill levels, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Their customer service is really great too. The shipping can take a little bit, but they always keep you updated on where your order is at. I've bought from them a few times and have always been happy with my purchases.

MTO and ready to wear purchase
I just bought some clothes at this store, got four custom-made pieces and one ready-to-wear item. Baptiste, the guy helping me out, was awesome. He made sure everything fit perfectly, which was really cool of him. I also asked for my ready-to-wear item to come faster, and I couldn't believe it when it showed up just two days later. The stuff I got was top quality, especially for the price. My whole shopping experience at The Rake was great, couldn't be happier with what I got.

Boots for holiday outfit
I recently bought a pair of boots to go with my holiday outfit, but they didn't fit right. I decided to just hang on to them and exchange them at the store when I visited Utah for Thanksgiving so I could try on different sizes in person. Turns out, I couldn't do the exchange because it was past the 30-day mark - not from when they were delivered, but from when I placed the order. I reached out to customer service for help, but they basically said tough luck. It's frustrating that I couldn't even get store credit, especially since I was only a little bit late on the return and the boots were still brand new. As a regular customer, it was disappointing to see no flexibility around the holidays.

Parenting guide purchase
Tinyhood was absolutely amazing for my husband and me as we got ready to become parents. It was super easy to use and had tons of great videos and documents that really helped us get ready for being parents. The best part was that we could watch the videos together whenever we had time, fitting right into our crazy schedules. Using Tinyhood made us feel so much more ready and confident for parenthood.
