2 clothing items
I recently bought two clothing items from this online store and I was pleased with their product selection. Ordering was easy, but I was caught off guard by extra customs charges from DHL. I already paid 199 euros for my items and shipping, but then DHL hit me with a £76 customs fee. It really bumped up the total cost and if I knew about it earlier, I might have changed my mind about buying. Now I'm not too happy with my shopping experience at FOOTDISTRICT.

Short trial period for GoToWebinar
This company is such a scam! I signed up for a trial account thinking I'd get a 14-day trial, like they promised. But then, just a week later, they hit me with a message saying my trial was already up. I went back to their website to double-check, and wouldn't you know it, they changed the trial period to only 7 days! When I tried to talk to someone in customer service about getting the 14 days I was originally promised, they flat-out said no. It's pretty obvious that all they care about is making money, not keeping their customers happy. I definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with this shady company.

The store has a really diverse selection of puzzles for all skill levels, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Their customer service is really great too. The shipping can take a little bit, but they always keep you updated on where your order is at. I've bought from them a few times and have always been happy with my purchases.

I just bought some clothes at this store, got four custom-made pieces and one ready-to-wear item. Baptiste, the guy helping me out, was awesome. He made sure everything fit perfectly, which was really cool of him. I also asked for my ready-to-wear item to come faster, and I couldn't believe it when it showed up just two days later. The stuff I got was top quality, especially for the price. My whole shopping experience at The Rake was great, couldn't be happier with what I got.
