Sheer curtains purchase

Glasses missing, late delivery
My first order from this store was a real mess. I thought I was getting my glasses, but they never showed up and were marked as delivered. I reached out to customer service and they did end up sending me a new pair for free. The glasses themselves are great, but the whole thing took almost 20 days from start to finish, which was pretty annoying.

Misleading advertising and poor customer service
This company is such a disaster! I ordered stuff that was supposed to be in stock, but turns out it wasn't. Then they just up and canceled my order without giving me a heads up! And on top of that, they totally ghosted me when I tried reaching out about it. They also took forever to give me my money back. Totally not cool coming from a supposedly legit company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.
