PC cleaner software
I bought this PC cleaner software a while ago, but I'm pretty bummed out about it. The company's been sending me all kinds of reminders and pop-ups to upgrade or renew my subscription, even though I uninstalled the software ages ago. It's just a never-ending loop of them trying to sell me more stuff and it's driving me crazy. I feel like I got tricked into buying something I didn't actually need, and now I can't even get rid of it completely. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this product or company to anyone.

Misleading Income Calculation
I've been using IRS "free file" programs for a while now with no problems, but I recently had a bad experience with EzTaxReturn. They added thousands of dollars in "other earned income" to my tax return without asking me first, which could cause some issues. Even though I didn't actually earn that extra money, I now have to go back and fix it all, which is a big hassle. I'd suggest steering clear of this product to save yourself the headache.
