Man, this company is driving me crazy! I've been trying forever to transfer my dad's old phone number to his new phone, but they just can't seem to get it right. Every time I call, I get a different story and nothing ever changes. It's so annoying!

This company totally tried to trick me by sneaking in a subscription fee under a weird name. They called it something totally random, so I had no clue I was getting charged. It's shady and just not right. I ended up shelling out way more cash than I should have for a service I barely touched. It's annoying and feels like a total rip-off.

Advent Calendar Replacement
On December 24th, we were bummed to see that our advent calendar sample was all busted up. I sent an email to customer service and was stoked when Mickalia hit me back right away. She totally owned up to the mistake and gave us a few options to make things right. It was top-notch customer service, and now we're pumped for next year's advent calendar from them. Flaviar is rad for being so quick to fix things. Highly recommend them!

Steak burgers order
So, I ordered some steak burgers from this meat and seafood company I've been loyal to for years. But man, this time around, it was a real letdown. The burgers showed up warm, thawed, and spoiled - not cool at all. I gave customer service a call, and they promised to send out a new shipment in time for Memorial Day. But guess what? That second shipment never made it to my doorstep. I waited two whole weeks with no solution in sight. This whole issue of food arriving not frozen or chilled is a big deal, especially for a company that prides itself on quality. I've tried speaking up about it, but nothing seems to be changing in their delivery process. It's frustrating to keep getting let down with missed delivery dates. I even suggested they add more dry ice, especially for orders going to hotter places like Texas. But it seems like they haven't taken that advice into consideration. I've been a loyal customer for so long, but honestly, I'd caution anyone thinking about ordering from this company to think twice. The food is great when it's in good shape, but the ongoing problems with delivery and lack of communication are wearing thin.

Jeans
I ordered a pair of jeans from your website not too long ago and I was really happy with the quality. But, I gotta be honest, I wasn't too impressed with the delivery service. The courier said they rang my doorbell but I was home the whole time and didn't hear a thing. I had to go all the way to the courier center to pick up my package, which was a hassle and definitely not what I expected when I paid for delivery. Even though the jeans were great, this whole delivery mess has made me think twice about shopping on your website again in the future.

Please save your Time and Money. Suggest a rake, seed, fine cut straw, and water. If you want some green hands, buy food coloring for $1.00, and plant your own seed. Product is a complete waste of time and there is NO mousse. No sure what was sprayed on the board in the ads, but this is not what was mailed to me. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

Hi Guys,
ordered a dolce phone case a few days ago and haven't heard anything from the company. Looking at he reviews I wish I didn't pay. How long after an order was it shipped, Has anyone lodged a dispute through their bank for items they don't deliver or refundOmg I just placed an order too and my bank said to let it post then dispute it. This is awful.
I got a phone case from them and it's definitely authentic - i took it to get checked. The item took a couple of days to ship but then it arrived really quickly, and customer service responded to me when I enquired. It's illegal for them to sell counterfeit items so they only sell authentic.
