Account creation difficulties
My experience with this company has been super frustrating. I tried over and over to make an account to buy something, but kept running into a Captcha that just wouldn't cooperate. I even tried going on their website using different browsers and computers, but no luck. It's so disappointing to deal with such a simple problem that stops customers from doing a basic thing. Also, it's inconvenient and not helpful that they only have chat support and no phone number for customer service. When I tried talking to a chat rep for help, I got no responses and they didn't help at all. The lack of communication and care for customers really shows what their service is like. I recommend avoiding this company if you want good customer support and easy shopping.

Gift delivery experience
I'm really upset with Gift Tree as a customer. I ordered a gift, but it hasn't been delivered yet after several tries. The reasons they gave, like the person not being home or the delivery person not trying hard enough, just don't cut it. The customer service has been terrible, with no clear answers or solutions. I thought Gift Tree was better than this, especially when it comes to delivering gifts.

CBD oil for my anxious dog
So I recently got some CBD oil for my dog who's always on edge, and I gotta tell ya, my two cents on how it went. First off, I can't help but roll my eyes when I hear folks griping about how the oil tastes. Like, come on, it's made from plants - what'd you think it would taste like, fancy chocolate? It's meant to help, not be a delicacy. And for those who say it didn't do squat for them, well, not every remedy is gonna be a magic fix. I've had dental work done where the numbing stuff didn't quite cut it, so I get it when things don't go as planned. Just accept it and move on already.

I just got this cool "Batman" deluxe figure from this store, but I was bummed out by how Robert Pattinson looked. The figure was great overall, but the sculptor didn't quite capture his likeness, which was a letdown for me considering all the images and videos I've seen online.

I kinda just went ahead and bought something from Moonpod without really thinking it through and then totally regretted it. I panicked a bit when I didn't hear back from them right away after reaching out to cancel my order. But they got back to me pretty quickly and sorted it all out. They canceled my order and gave me a refund without any trouble. I was actually really impressed with how they handled everything and super grateful for their understanding, especially because it was my own fault in the first place.
