Pillows and seating products
I contacted customer service with a request and was super happy when they got back to me in just 5 minutes. I've purchased a bunch of stuff from this company, like their pillows and seats, and I gotta say, they're seriously the comfiest things I've ever bought. I used to wake up with a super achy neck, but that's not a problem anymore. Their products have really made a big difference in how well I sleep and how comfy I am when sitting down.

Personalized collage order
I just got a custom collage from this company and let me tell you, I was super impressed with the service I got. The designer was really patient and helpful, even when I had to change the photo colors a bunch of times. They kept sending me new previews until I was happy with everything. The final product turned out gorgeous, just like the preview. I definitely suggest this company to anyone who wants unique gifts.

Two hundred dollar trainers
I just bought a pair of shoes for two hundred bucks from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by what I got. When I opened up the package, right away I saw a big ol' slash in the toe box of one shoe. Plus, there was dust all over the bottoms of both shoes, and a dang pebble stuck in the heel of the other shoe. It was obvious those shoes weren't just damaged, but they looked like they'd been worn, returned, and then sold to me. I'm really unhappy with the quality here and I want to know why I got such a lousy product.

Male suit jacket
Oh man, it was such a nightmare. I got my husband a suit jacket and it was all wrong. The size was way off, not even close to what they promised. It looked like it was made for a kid, not a grown man. And the quality was just garbage, it felt like it was made from the cheapest, flimsiest material. When I tried to get a refund, customer service wouldn't budge and just offered a discount on our next buy. It totally felt like a rip-off. I'm never coming back here, that's for sure.

Cheap action camera
This action camera is seriously a letdown. It keeps freezing all the time, which makes it super hard to get any good footage. And even when it does record, the video is all shaky and jittery, making it totally useless. How are they even trying to sell this as an action camera without any kind of stabilization? It's honestly pretty ridiculous.

Do NOT buy from this company. I'm not sure they're even legit. I canceled an order with them on 8/3 because the items were backordered. After a couple ignored emails, I was able to get a service rep on the phone who told me a refund was issued on 8/6 but that it takes 28 days to go through. I'm now at day 46 with no refund.

Ultimate Care Package
Packaging is cool. Ships fast. Comes in an ammo can, nice touch. Really like the bourbon scent they use. Didn't have a ton of experience with all natural products before, but they seem to work well. It's not cheap. but it's awesome that they give back to charities for first responders and veterans.

Flight Ticket
SCAM SCAM SCAAAAAAAAM.....
SCAM SCAM SCAAAAAAAAAM...
BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. I bought a ticket via icheapflight, it’s a SCAM company.
Few days before my flight, I received an e-mail from icheapflight stating that my flight has been rescheduled. The following day, I received a call from icheapflight saying that my flight got cancelled by the airline!
Disappointed I was, I did request a refund since my flight got cancelled by the airline.
After contacting the icheapflight, I was told that the airline has to issue my refund. After being on the phone for hours with the airline, I was told that I need to contact the icheapflight requesting the refund since they are the company I bought my ticket from.
Long story short, both the icheapflight and the airline refused issuing the refund. I spent a good 10 hours on the phone following up my refund but NO RESPOND!!
So yes, I lost my money.

They are awful in the customer service department. They are non-existent. The chat does not work and if they do respond you have already left the chatroom. You will not get what you order. The designs will be wrong. What a waste.
