Two items
I recently made two purchases from this company because I was really impressed by their products on the website. At first, I was just looking around, but I kept going back to check them out. The updates they send about my orders online have been a real help in keeping me calm while I wait for them to show up. I can't wait to get my hands on my new stuff and I'll definitely leave another comment once they arrive. I'm already pumped about the quality of their products online, so I'm really excited to see them in real life.

Kitchen light fixtures
I bought a couple of new light fixtures for my kitchen at this store not too long ago. But when the electrician came to put them in, they didn't work like they were supposed to. So, I called Customer Service to start the return process, and they were quick to give me a credit and told me I could donate or throw away the items. I was kind of bummed that the first ones didn't work out, but I did like how smoothly they handled the refund. The light fixtures we got instead were great though and really made the kitchen look nice.

Anniversary gift disappointment
I was really looking forward to getting a Mapiful print for my partner's anniversary gift. The website was easy to use and I thought it was cool to have a custom map as artwork. But when the print showed up, I was bummed out. The frame had this cheap plastic cover that was hard to put back on without messing it up. On top of that, the print wasn't even in the middle of the frame, so it tore when I tried to fix it. It was a letdown overall and definitely not the look I was going for with my gift.

I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed and definitely sticking with Aroma Retail as a loyal customer.
