OnSong system
I bought the OnSong system a while ago, hoping they would come out with an Android version soon. Unfortunately, that never happened. They promised us lifetime upgrades, but now all we get are security updates. The price has gone up to around $100 and they're really pushing this new subscription plan for more money. The app is full of bugs, and the developers blame Apple for messing things up. Honestly, it seems like they're trying to do too much with just one app. For a better and cheaper option, I suggest checking out SongBook Pro. The developer is more responsive, and the app has similar features without all the headaches. I've heard rumors that OnSong is paying for 5-star reviews, which doesn't sit right with their image as a religious app developer. It's kind of disappointing to see them stoop to unethical practices for money. I'd say steer clear of OnSong and go for a more reliable choice.

I had a problem with something I bought from FabFitFun not too long ago. When it showed up at my door all messed up, I was pretty bummed out. But I figured I'd give their customer service a shot, so I hit them up through the app. And let me tell ya, I was shocked at how fast they got back to me and how they took care of the problem right away. They gave me a credit for the messed up product in no time. I gotta give it to them, they really care about their customers and making things right. I'm super pumped about my first BelleLily purchase! Most of the stuff I got fits like a glove and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. Everything came when it was supposed to and matched up with what was advertised on the site. Only problem was I goofed up the size on a couple shirts. But no biggie, customer service was on it and helped me out with the exchange lickety-split. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out. Cheers!

I got these leather shoes thinking I could wear them in, but man, they just never felt right no matter how many times I tried. I was stressing they wouldn't take 'em back ‘cause they looked pretty worn, but they totally did! I usually only return things if they're, like, completely different from what I thought, so I'm super relieved they accepted them back.

Fragrance Diffuser
I'm really not happy with the fragrance diffuser I bought from this place. I feel like I probably got a dud because I can only smell the scent when I'm super close to it. Even though it's at 70%, the scent is just not strong enough unless I practically stick my nose right in there. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't do what it's supposed to. And on top of that, the noise it makes is just too much. The hissing sound it makes is so loud, I can't see how my guests wouldn't notice it. All in all, I'm really disappointed with my purchase from Aroma Retail.

Leather shoes
I just had the worst experience trying to return a pair of leather shoes that didn't fit at the store down the street. I only wore one shoe for a little bit and it still had the tags on, but they wouldn't take it back because I didn't have the box. I lost $125 and I'm definitely not shopping there again. This company is clearly just in it for the money and doesn't care about customers once they've got your cash. Do yourself a favor and don't get caught up in their scam.

Roaming card purchase
My experience was absolutely terrible. I've been a customer for three years using the same sim card. However, when I bought a roaming card while traveling, it was a complete disaster. The card didn't work at all. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, only for them to refuse to refund me. They said the card doesn't work in the country I was visiting, even though I specifically asked about this before purchasing it. And to top it off, they claimed that my sim card wasn't even in their records, leaving me with no way to prove who I was. It felt like a bad joke.
