Terrible customer service, unprofessional conduct, failed to fulfill request for long distance addition after waiting for an hour.
The customer service at this place was just terrible. They were so unprofessional and couldn't even manage to do something simple like adding long distance to my plan after making me wait for a whole hour. It's just not right to treat customers like that.
Phone plan
The phone plan I got was decent, but sometimes my texts wouldn't go through right, and that was frustrating. The customer service is just terrible, they take forever to solve problems and seem totally clueless. It's like I'm talking to a robot or something!
Porting Issues
The customer service at this company is just ridiculous. I mean, I legit spent three whole days on the phone just trying to get some help. And, get this, nobody could even answer my questions! I had such a hard time trying to transfer my phone number, can you believe it? Like, all I needed was one simple ZIP Code! But nope, they couldn't even do that. And then they have the nerve to tell me they didn't have access to it when it was right there in front of them! It's so obvious they just didn't give a darn about helping their customers.
Simple Mobile SIM card purchase
I don't get it, I thought I was getting a Simple Mobile SIM card, but now they're saying I need a GoSmart card? I don't even know who these companies are. And on top of that, I paid extra for fast shipping, but my card still hasn't arrived. It's so frustrating and confusing!
Prepaid service loss due to storm
I recently had a really bad experience with my prepaid service provider. There was a power outage from a storm and I lost my internet service, so I couldn't refill my prepaid services even though I had only used two days of service. The company said I should be able to wait 180 days before refilling, but they didn't stick to that rule. When I tried to get my number back, which I've had for over three years and is connected to important accounts, doctors, and business contacts, customer service wouldn't help me. I ended up having to get a new number, which was strange because it needed refilling after just one day. Now, I'm getting calls and messages from people who think I'm someone else because some services still have the old owner of the number in their system. This whole thing has left me really upset and annoyed.
Voicemail issue
I had a terrible experience at that place! The employees were so disrespectful and rude, they didn't even know how to fix a simple voicemail issue. They changed my mom's number twice without asking, and now she can't even get calls from her heart surgeon. The service was just terrible all around!
Got my phone number back
I went to this spot on Penn Street and this really kind lady helped me out to get my phone number back. She was like, "Don't stress, I got you!" and she totally came through! She was awesome and I'm so grateful for her help. I mean, for real, if you ever need phone assistance, definitely go visit her at that spot on Penn Street. She's knowledgeable and just really nice.
SIM card purchase
I just got a SIM card from this mobile service provider and man, it's been a total letdown. The folks at customer service were no help at all and didn't seem to care about my problem. My phone number got transferred without my say-so, and the company couldn't fix it or give me any answers. It's been a real hassle, since I've been using that number for personal and work stuff for a long time. The company's lack of responsibility and concern is really disappointing, and I'm super unhappy with their service.
Cell phone carrier service experience
The customer service representatives at this carrier are a total disaster. They always seem to be giving me the runaround, hanging up on purpose, and never actually helping to fix any issues. It's really hard to believe they can keep getting away with taking our money and providing such terrible service. I've been a customer for years and it feels like I've gotten nothing in return. They don't even offer to install a new antenna for better coverage. My text messages won't send, I only get parts of incoming texts, and my incoming calls keep going straight to voicemail. I have to constantly reboot my phone to make outgoing calls. Dealing with this carrier is truly a nightmare.
Affordable data plan
I recently got a budget-friendly data plan from this provider and so far, I'm pretty happy with it. The pricing was good and I got a decent amount of data for what I paid. But, I do have some concerns about the unlimited texting and calling they offer. Even though it's supposed to be unlimited, I've had some issues with signing up for notifications and sending texts for basic stuff. It's kind of disappointing and definitely needs to be fixed.
Also, the signal strength in certain areas is not great, which can be annoying for someone like me who needs a reliable connection. On the bright side, I didn't mind not having LTE service, but I get how it could be a deal-breaker for others who want faster internet speeds. All in all, the service has its pros and cons that customers should think about before signing up.Flight booking experience
My experience with this flight booking service was just awful. They kept changing my flight without telling me and it took forever to get my money back. Their customer service was a joke, totally useless. It's so irritating that they're still in business after all the complaints. I really recommend staying far away from this flight booking service. Booking with them was the biggest mistake I made this year, and I really wish I hadn't done it.
New phone plan
I just switched to a new phone plan with this service provider, and let me tell you, it's been a total letdown. Online account access is a mess with constant problems that never seem to get fixed no matter how many times I try. The internet speed is so slow that simple tasks become a huge hassle. And when I've had to reach out to tech support for help, they never fully solve the issue, leaving me annoyed and unsatisfied. I recommend shelling out a bit more money for a more dependable service because dealing with this provider's headaches and letdowns just isn't worth it.
Roaming card purchase
My experience was absolutely terrible. I've been a customer for three years using the same sim card. However, when I bought a roaming card while traveling, it was a complete disaster. The card didn't work at all. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service, only for them to refuse to refund me. They said the card doesn't work in the country I was visiting, even though I specifically asked about this before purchasing it. And to top it off, they claimed that my sim card wasn't even in their records, leaving me with no way to prove who I was. It felt like a bad joke.
Easy Sign-Up, Great Customer Service, and Convenient App.
I have been using GoSmart for my cellular service for the past year and overall, I have had a positive experience with them. Their website is easy to navigate and I was able to quickly sign up for their services online. I appreciate that they offer a variety of plans to choose from, and I was able to find one that fit my needs and budget.
Their customer service has also been great. Whenever I've had a question or issue, I was able to quickly get in touch with a representative who was able to assist me. I also love the app they have available, as it makes it easy to manage my account and view my usage.
One downside I have noticed is that the network coverage isn't as strong as I would like in some areas, but it hasn't been a major issue for me. Overall, I am satisfied with my choice to use GoSmart for my cellular service.
