Flight cancellation chaos
Dealing with a flight cancellation through this company recently was a total nightmare. I was stressed out trying to rebook hotels and flights, and the claims process was a headache. The amount of paperwork needed was overwhelming, and there was hardly any customer service support to help me out. It felt like I was just being bounced around from one phone number to another without any real solution. Honestly, it seemed like a waste of my money and time. I'd suggest avoiding this company altogether to save yourself the trouble.
