Insurance policy cancellation and customer service issue
I recently tried to cancel my insurance policy with this company because my phone is outdated, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I was on the phone for hours trying to get through to their customer service team, but it just seemed like a lost cause. It's really surprising to me that a well-known company like Odido (formerly T-mobile) is still working with them.
T-Mobile phone insurance cancellation
I've had a terrible experience with the company that sold me T-Mobile phone insurance. I've tried to cancel it twice, both in writing and over the phone, but it's still active. It's been really frustrating and inconvenient because I don't want the insurance anymore. I'm thinking about taking legal action against the company for being so shady.
Mobile phone repair service
I had a really bad time with the company's phone repair service. I sent my phone in to get fixed, but it came back in worse shape than before. The screen was totally smashed, and the phone wouldn't even work. I tried to get help from customer service, but they weren't any help at all. It was a huge hassle trying to fix the problem, and I ended up with a phone that didn't work at all. Overall, my experience with the company was really bad, and I wouldn't suggest their services to anyone.
