Succulent plant purchase
I ordered a succulent plant to be sent to a memory care facility, but when the nursing staff tried to show customer service pictures, they said they couldn't open attachments. They wanted pictures pasted in the email and in full size. Since I wasn't at a desktop, I asked for a valid email to send the photos to, but by the time I got one, the plant had already been thrown out. Overall, I was really disappointed with the company's poor quality and customer service. I won't be recommending them, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again. They might reply to emails, but that's pretty much it.

Ski gloves purchase
My experience with Campman was amazing. I had this tricky order with different sizes and styles of ski gloves, and Chris from customer service really went above and beyond to help me with the exchanges. He was so professional and efficient, and he even gave me some great advice on which gloves would work best for all the activities I do. It's obvious that the folks at Campman really know their stuff and care about giving their customers the best service possible.

I just got a resume service from this company and man, was I let down. When I went to open the file on the employer's site, it wouldn't work. It was so frustrating because I had different versions saved and I needed to send the right one. This service really dropped the ball, making my job search way harder than it needed to be.

Swinging Loveseat Purchase
I bought this outdoor swinging loveseat from that company, thinking I'd have some nice chill time outside. But after a couple years, the wood started falling apart, getting all split and cracked. I tried reaching out to customer service for some replacement parts, but all I got was a big headache from their runaround. Now I'm seriously wondering about the quality of their customer service.

I've really enjoyed taking online courses here - the content is super informative and really delves deep, giving me some really valuable knowledge. The course materials are top-notch, and I suggest getting the hard copies for easy reference. Being able to listen to the courses in audio form is a big help for me since I'm always on the move. Being able to listen to the lessons wherever I am has been a game-changer. What really makes this platform stand out is the personalized grading of each lesson by an actual person. This feedback has been so helpful for me in understanding the material better. The fact that most courses offer CE credits is a major plus for me - it helps me stay up to date in my field. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my experience - it's an A++! The Grow program they offer is a really great deal, and I highly recommend it.
