Online shopping experience
I was shopping online and that "Spin to Win" box at checkout was super annoying. It just kept popping up on my iPhone and making it hard to pick out what I wanted. They need to get rid of it or at least make it better because it's seriously frustrating!

Customized payment arrangement
The folks at this company were really great! They really went out of their way to help me set up a payment plan that worked for my tour. Even though it took a lot of back and forth, they were always quick to respond, super friendly, and really good at keeping me in the loop. It took a bunch of messages, phone calls, and working with the tour provider, but they were always there to lend a hand. I really value how much they cared and how far they were willing to go to make things easy for me. My only suggestion would be to make the local phone number easier to find for smoother communication.

Perfect Rug
The rug I got was really awesome and looked great in my room. It was totally worth the wait, but the delivery took way longer than it was supposed to. I had to keep calling to check on my order, and every time I did, the people on the phone sounded kind of annoyed. They weren't mean or anything, but they definitely didn't sound too happy to be talking to me.
