Baby clothes
The baby clothes selection at this store is amazing, they have all the trendy and high-quality items you could want. I recently bought a BOSS Monogram Jacquard Hooded Snowsuit for my little one and I was pretty happy with my purchase. The snowsuit was stylish and well-made, just like I thought it would be. However, I was bummed to discover that the set was missing one glove. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me find a replacement, but unfortunately, they couldn't track down a matching glove. Despite this little hiccup, I still really like the overall quality and style of the products they have at this store.

Difficult return process
I had a really frustrating experience ordering from this company because of their return process. When you buy clothes online, there's always a chance they might not fit right, so it's important to have an easy return policy. Unfortunately, Annie's return process is way too complicated and practically impossible to use. The website kept saying my order number and email didn't match, so I couldn't even start the return. And if you try to contact customer service, you have to pay just to get a response, which is a big pain. The lack of help and bad communication really makes you feel stuck and lost. I would think twice before ordering from them unless you're sure everything will fit perfectly, but that's hard to know when you're shopping online. Overall, dealing with this company's return process is a nightmare and their customer service is basically non-existent.

I recently bought the AutoCAD software from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. I'm an architect, so having a CAD software that's reliable and easy to use is super important for me, and AutoCAD has definitely gone above and beyond what I expected. The tools and features in the software are really strong and easy to understand, which makes it simple for me to create detailed designs. The amount of options for customization and flexibility in the program is really great, and it's a huge help for me in my everyday work.
