I bought a patio table. it showed up, bad welds and bubbling paint on the table top. I had about 20 interactions via chat (the respond only in the middle of the night). THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. They claim that they will send replacement parts. they don't. They do whatever they can to delay your dispute. DONT FALL FOR THAT. FILE DISPUTE right away. Then they send an email offering a partial refund. What they are doing in reality is sending you inferior products that cost 1/10th of the retail price. Then give you partial refund; pocketing the difference as profit.
Generally decent wood, but the main part of the bar was cracked/split. They have no spare piece to send me which would have solved the problem. Offered $50. Other option is to return it, but it weighs 100 pounds and is pretty much put together at this point. Would not recommend.
Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I received an entirely broken dining table, and the process to try to get a replacement was horrible. Their phone lines don't work, their chat representatives are not only unhelpful but downright hostile, and their email communication is either late or nonexistent. I highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.
I bought 2 raised garden beds. One came with the bag of nuts and bolts loose in the box. (I was missing a bunch of parts.) So after I was putting the first one together the holes in the metal didn't line up. I asked about 5 different times for some technical help but never received it. They offered for me to return it or give me $40 for the trouble. I had more than a few hours into putting this together so i took the money. I gave them the missing parts number and they said they didn't have any in stock and it would be at least a month. After my 12th email and no help they said that I could use the $40 to buy parts. More than aggravating to deal with this company.
