Terrible! Said item would be here in 10 days, had a tracking number and everything, then no updates on tracking, I contacted company via email. They only respond once a day in the middle of the night. After a few days of back and forth emails they respond saying they’re so sorry for any inconvenience and that they’ll reorder it! That was 8 days ago, no tracking or reorder info. Now they give me excuses about it being a delay in shipping. But I’m noticing that it’s a lot of copy and paste or automatic email responses! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Shane on this company!

Kaufte Bett von ihrer offiziellen Website, sondern schickte Bett mit dem gleichen Fehler 4 mal. Es gibt keine Löcher in der Hauptbasis und gleichen Fehler wiederholt 4 mal und einige Teile sind auch fehlen. Alle 4 Mal gibt es den gleichen Fehler und sie sind nicht einmal leid für sie.
Sie wollen nicht einmal die Abholzeit anpassen, obwohl es ihr Fehler ist. Die Ersatzbedingungen sind einfach erbärmlich und inakzeptabel. Sie erwarten, dass wir zwischen 08:00 und 17:00 Uhr zu Hause sind, und sie holen das Bett den ganzen Tag über ab. Sie schaffen es nicht einmal, Zeitfenster für die Abholung zuzuweisen!
Es gibt keine direkte Kontaktnummer und auf E-Mails wird nie ernsthaft geantwortet. Sie leiten die Beschwerde immer wieder an ihren Spezialisten weiter (den es in Wirklichkeit gar nicht gibt), der sich darauf spezialisiert hat, solche Fälle innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu lösen, aber selbst nach 24 Tagen arbeitet dieser Spezialist immer noch mit Hochdruck an meinem Problem, um es zu lösen. Ich frage mich, ob dieser Spezialist noch weiter forscht, um zu promovieren, oder ob er weniger als eine Stunde pro Tag arbeitet, so dass die 24 Stunden noch nicht vollendet sind. Aber dieser geniale Spezialist hat noch nie ein einziges Problem gelöst, das mir gemeldet wurde, und er hat mir 4 Mal dasselbe falsche Bett geschickt, selbst nachdem ich ihm den Fehler anhand des beigefügten klaren Präsentationsbildes gezeigt hatte.
Bottom line: Kaufen Sie keines der VidaXL-Produkte, sonst werden Sie am Ende täglich mit dem Kopf gegen die Wand schlagen. Natürlich, vergessen Sie das Geld, aber Sie werden nicht in der Lage sein, das Produkt, für das Sie bezahlt haben, auch zu benutzen.Sehr geehrter Kunde.

I bought a patio table. it showed up, bad welds and bubbling paint on the table top. I had about 20 interactions via chat (the respond only in the middle of the night). THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. They claim that they will send replacement parts. they don't. They do whatever they can to delay your dispute. DONT FALL FOR THAT. FILE DISPUTE right away. Then they send an email offering a partial refund. What they are doing in reality is sending you inferior products that cost 1/10th of the retail price. Then give you partial refund; pocketing the difference as profit.Tiki bar
Generally decent wood, but the main part of the bar was cracked/split. They have no spare piece to send me which would have solved the problem. Offered $50. Other option is to return it, but it weighs 100 pounds and is pretty much put together at this point. Would not recommend.
Resolvedraised garden bed
I bought 2 raised garden beds. One came with the bag of nuts and bolts loose in the box. (I was missing a bunch of parts.) So after I was putting the first one together the holes in the metal didn't line up. I asked about 5 different times for some technical help but never received it. They offered for me to return it or give me $40 for the trouble. I had more than a few hours into putting this together so i took the money. I gave them the missing parts number and they said they didn't have any in stock and it would be at least a month. After my 12th email and no help they said that I could use the $40 to buy parts. More than aggravating to deal with this company.
