Terrible! Said item would be here in 10 days, had a tracking number and everything, then no updates on tracking, I contacted company via email. They only respond once a day in the middle of the night. After a few days of back and forth emails they respond saying they’re so sorry for any inconvenience and that they’ll reorder it! That was 8 days ago, no tracking or reorder info. Now they give me excuses about it being a delay in shipping. But I’m noticing that it’s a lot of copy and paste or automatic email responses! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! Shane on this company!
