Overpriced sunglasses
I treated myself to a pair of sunglasses that I thought were a great deal on Orchard Mile, but the whole buying experience made me feel like I got ripped off. I placed my order and was told I'd get a confirmation email quickly, but it actually took almost a week for any updates. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very responsive and didn't follow up. On top of that, when I asked for a refund because of the delays and poor communication, they just ignored my request. Needless to say, I won't be shopping on that site again.

Pants for Brother's New Year's Gift
I recently bought a pair of pants online as a New Year's gift for my brother. I was drawn in by the low price but should have paid attention to the negative reviews. My experience with HBX was a huge letdown. The shipping was a total mess. FedEx tried to deliver the package twice without success, and I didn't get any notifications or updates on tracking. Finally, when the package arrived, it went to the wrong person. Trying to get help from customer service was a waste of time. They just talked to FedEx and gave me unhelpful answers. I realized that my order might never make it to me. I want to warn others about the risks of buying from this company.
