Recent phone purchase
I recently bought a phone from Back Market and I gotta say, it was a great experience. I've gotten phones from them before and I'm definitely planning on getting more for my family. Back Market partners with local sellers to offer quality used and refurbished electronics. Even though one of the phones I got had some charging issues, Back Market quickly replaced it without any trouble. The customer service team was super nice and really wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I feel like they're my go-to in the used electronics game and I really appreciate how focused they are on making customers happy. If Back Market ever went public, I would seriously think about investing in their stocks.

I bought something from this company not long ago, but the problem is they sent it to the wrong address. I tried reaching out to customer service about it, but no one has gotten back to me yet. I'm so frustrated with this whole situation and I won't be buying anything from them again.
