Review about: Geekvape
Mod malfunction and replacement issue
I just bought a new mod and within two weeks, one of the pins under the tank got stuck down. I tried emailing customer service every day for two months, but it took them ages to get back to me. Finally, they did send me an upgrade. But then three months later, the top of the mod flew up and hit me in the face out of nowhere while I was using it. I contacted the warranty department right away, but they told me I could only get one replacement and that the replacement I got earlier is now out of warranty. So frustrating!

Gorgeous rug purchase
This rug is seriously amazing! It got here really fast, in perfect condition, and totally blew us away. We looked at a ton of rugs before picking this one, but we're so happy with our decision. The quality is top of the line and the design is gorgeous. We're already thinking about getting another one down the road, maybe even some runners. If you're not sure, just take the plunge - you'll be glad you did!

Just wanted to share my experience - I bought this item and it broke after using it once. So I contacted customer service for some help, but they told me it was past the 10-day return policy. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me.

Stroller purchase
The stroller I got from the store was really good, but man, their customer service was a letdown. The chassis handle started acting up after a few months, but when I tried to get it fixed under warranty, the seller wouldn't respond to any of my messages or calls. I had to go directly to the manufacturer for help, and they said they would, but then they went MIA when I tried to check in. All in all, the customer support was just not up to par.
