Review about: Saks Fifth Avenue
Men's business attire
Saks Fifth Avenue is where I always go for men's business clothes. Their customer service is amazing - they pick up the phone right away and are super helpful, and they respond to emails quickly. Ordering is easy, and returns are a breeze with no surprise fees. Plus, they pay for the return shipping. The selection of casual and business clothes for men is fantastic, with tons of designer options for clothes and shoes. They also have a nice variety of home goods, decorations, makeup, perfumes, and gift ideas. Honestly, I can't find anything wrong with Saks Fifth Avenue.

Various household items
As a customer, I am really unhappy with the online shopping experience at this store. Every time I try to buy something, it's always out of stock. It's super frustrating to see stuff advertised and then find out I can't even buy it. Feels like false advertising and a total waste of my time. I like shopping online, especially for health reasons that make it hard to stand in long lines at the store. This whole thing has been a huge letdown. The business seems so disorganized and can't seem to get orders right, which just isn't cool nowadays.

Pro massager purchase
So my massager from this place just stopped working after a year of using it lightly. The motor was smoking and the attachment for the massage wouldn't move. I'm really bummed out and definitely won't be buying from them again.

Bistro chairs purchase
Customer service was alright, but man, these bistro chairs were a huge letdown. They looked good at first glance, but that's about all they had going for them. These chairs are too short for a dining table, the seat part feels like it's about to fall apart with flimsy materials that sag when you sit. Definitely not made for bigger folks. They're light as a feather and don't offer much support. My advice? Don't waste your cash on these chairs, try somewhere else.
