Coilovers failure
I bought these coilovers thinking they'd make my car look really cool and run smoother, but they ended up breaking after only a short time. I reached out to Redline360 for a replacement, but their customer service was awful. They kept asking for more pictures even though I'd sent everything already. Plus, they didn't give me any clear instructions on what to do next, so I was just left feeling totally frustrated and mad.
Headlights gift purchase
I bought some headlights as a present for my buddy. Unfortunately, right after the warranty ended, one of the headlights started acting up, with the LED strip flickering. Over time, it got even worse and would only work 20% of the time. I tried contacting customer service a bunch, even though I knew it was out of warranty. I just wanted to fix the problem, you know? But no one ever replied to my emails. When I left a review explaining everything, it got taken down. Same thing happened with my second and third reviews. Seems like they only want good reviews on their site, even if it means hiding bad experiences. This has been the worst company experience I've ever had, and I won't be buying from them again.
Purchased struts and steering wheel accessories
I recently bought some struts and steering wheel accessories from this company, and I ran into a few problems. First off, the struts I got were supposed to be red and chrome, but they ended up being black instead of what was advertised. Even after trying to get the right parts, they still sent me the wrong color. It's disappointing that the product description didn't match what I actually got. Also, I ordered a steering wheel, quick release, and hub, but my confirmation email said everything was there. When I checked, the steering wheel was missing. It's concerning that their inventory management isn't accurate, and it makes me question how well they run things. Overall, dealing with this company has been unsatisfactory and not very professional.
Wrong items received
I'm really upset with how the customer service at this company treated me. It took forever for them to even get back to me, and on top of that, they sent me the wrong stuff. What really gets me is that they don't seem to care about fixing their mistake.
4Runner Exhaust
Got sent the wrong part and trying to get that resolved has been a nightmare. When removing my old exhaust to replace with theirs, the old was removed and not reusable. I'm not without a vehicle to drive due to their incompetence, what is frustrating is the lackluster customer service and the lack of concern this issue has caused.
Halo spec D projector lenses for 2002 Dodge Intrepid
I am building this car to a very specific high performance detail, I orderd these headlights from Redline 360, but they were out of stock. Redline quickly offerd to substitute the chrome for the black, but I opted to wait while they were being built, i was updated by email as well as text msg every day until shipment then was given the best quality product that I could possibly expect! They went above and beyond, to make sure I got more then I orderd!
I would not look anywhere else to buy my automotive lighting ever again! These guys are the best! Thank you Redline 360 it was well worth the wait! 100%satisfied customer here!
