I just bought some really great stuff from this company. The products are amazing and totally worth it. But I had a question about one of the items before I bought it. It took a few days to hear back, which was too late for me to make a decision on my order.

Haircare product
Oh my gosh, I absolutely adore this product! It really does wonders for my hair, leaving it looking so healthy and shiny. But seriously, the company is making it so difficult for me to continue purchasing it. For starters, they require you to sign up for at least 2 rounds of it on subscription before you can cancel. I mean, that's just not fair. And on top of that, their website is a complete disaster. You can't even update your address or payment information in your account. Who does that? I'm trying to change my address because I'm moving, but it's taking forever to get it done. Like, come on, that should be such a simple thing! Plus, their customer service has been absolutely no help. I've been reaching out for weeks to get this issue resolved and it's still a mess. Moving is already stressful enough without having to deal with this kind of drama. It seems like they really don't care about their customers at all.

I just got some cellular shades from this company and man, I am so pleased with them! They're super easy to install and came with all the stuff I needed. I had them up in no time and they really spruce up my place. Thanks for making such a great product!

Unauthorized charges
I've had unauthorized charges on my account twice in the last month from this store. Both times I got hit with around $117 for stuff I never even ordered, on an account I don't have. It's so irritating having to keep an eye on my bank account and deal with this mess. Clearly, there are some major security problems with this website, so I wouldn't suggest buying anything from here to anyone.
