Xmas gift order
I ordered my mom a Christmas gift back on 11/23/21, but it never arrived, and they didn't even bother to let me know it was on backorder. Every time I asked, they just kept saying it would take 6-8 days, but now it's already 12/9/21 and still no sign of that package. Today I tried to cancel, but they hit me with the "too late, already being processed" line. So frustrating! I'm thinking of calling my credit card company to demand a refund and refusing the delivery whenever it decides to show up. Good thing I can just swing by Kohl's, grab something nice for my mom, and mail it off today so she doesn't miss out on Christmas.

Halloween costume purchase
I bought a Halloween costume for my daughter from this store not too long ago and it wasn't the best experience. The reply I got was really unprofessional and they didn't take responsibility, which made me feel really frustrated and let down. So, my daughter ended up not having her costume for Halloween, and that was a bummer for both of us.
