Pool pump replacement
I bought a replacement pool pump from this company not too long ago and at first I was happy with the price and how quickly it was delivered. But then, after just two months, the pump broke down on me. I decided to contact their customer service on a Saturday night and to my surprise, they got back to me the very next day. They even gave me a FedEx return label and easy instructions for sending the broken pump back. As soon as I dropped it off at FedEx, they sent out a replacement right away. In just a week's time, I had a brand new pump installed and working like a charm. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were.

Greek Islands tour booking
My recent experience booking a tour of the Greek Islands with this company was really disappointing. I booked the tour because it included transfers from the airport to the hotel, but when I arrived at the Athens airport, there was no one from Greca there to pick me up. I tried calling multiple times with no response until I finally had to take a taxi. The transfers between the hotel and ferry ports went smoothly, but the lack of communication and organization at the Athens airport and Port of Piraeus was not okay. I've been trying to get reimbursed for the unexpected taxi expenses, but they are not cooperating, which is making me really frustrated with Greca's customer service. I would advise future travelers to be careful before booking with this company.

I just got a really cool wallet and keychain set from Pinkoi and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how awesome they are. Blazer Purchase
I really loved the material of the blazer I bought - it was super high quality. But I ran into a problem with the size. Hotel booking
I just booked a hotel using this website and man, was I let down by their cancellation policy. They claimed my reservation had free cancellation but turns out it was prepaid. I caught onto the error and canceled on the spot, only to be told it could take 2 months to get my money back. On top of that, they might hit me with a fee and deal with exchange rate issues when giving me my refund.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with this store I've been going to for like ten years. Even though I've been a faithful customer, they didn't follow through on some rewards they were promoting. The customer service was pretty bad - they were all talk and no action. Because of how they treated me and other long-time customers, I decided to cancel my membership.
