Blazer Purchase
I really loved the material of the blazer I bought - it was super high quality. But I ran into a problem with the size. Even though I checked the size chart on the website and ordered a bigger size than it suggested, the blazer was still too small for me. Now I'm crossing my fingers that I can swap it for a much bigger size, especially since my wedding is right around the corner. The material was fantastic and the customer service was great, but the sizing issue was a letdown.

Hotel booking
I just booked a hotel using this website and man, was I let down by their cancellation policy. They claimed my reservation had free cancellation but turns out it was prepaid. I caught onto the error and canceled on the spot, only to be told it could take 2 months to get my money back. On top of that, they might hit me with a fee and deal with exchange rate issues when giving me my refund.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with this store I've been going to for like ten years. Even though I've been a faithful customer, they didn't follow through on some rewards they were promoting. The customer service was pretty bad - they were all talk and no action. Because of how they treated me and other long-time customers, I decided to cancel my membership.
