Quick response to my order mistake
I messed up my order and contacted customer service right away. But they couldn't cancel the shipment even though it hadn't been sent out until 2 days later. I was bummed out by their lack of flexibility and it left me feeling kinda disappointed. I was hoping for better service from a company like that.

Jacket purchase
I just bought a jacket from this store and man, the delivery was super slow. I chose regular shipping and a week later, my stuff still wasn't here. It was a bummer, especially since I'm used to Amazon getting things to me in just a day. And to top it off, it took Talbots two whole days just to send out my jacket. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you need your stuff on time.

Inconsistent sizing
Sizing clothes can be such a pain! I've bought stuff from this store a bunch of times and it's so annoying that every piece fits differently even though it's labeled the same size. Returning stuff is a hassle, especially because there's only one DHL spot in my whole state, and it's never open on weekends.

Small shoes, costly return
I just bought some shoes from this store and boy were they too small! When I tried to send them back, I couldn't believe they wanted me to pay over $5 for shipping. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but all I got back were these basic, scripted responses. It's been weeks since I sent those shoes back, and I still haven't gotten my money back. This whole experience has been terrible, and I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. It's really disappointing to see a company that talks about being ethical act this way.

Personalized Garden Stones
I got two personalized garden stones from this company, and man, I was super let down by the way they turned out. The names that were supposed to be etched on them looked faded and there was no ink, so you could barely see them. On top of that, the box the stones came in was all messed up, which just made me even more unhappy with my purchase. I tried reaching out to the company, sent them pics of the stones, hoping for some sort of fix or even just an apology for the low quality, but their response was meh and not helpful at all. Overall, dealing with this company was a huge letdown, and I'll definitely be going someplace else next time.

Birthday gift video
I got this awesome personalized video for my wife's birthday from a super talented actor. It was seriously perfect and even better than I thought it would be. The actor really got into character and nailed exactly what I wanted. I was totally blown away by how well the video turned out and the actor's performance.
