Online purchase experience
I just bought something online, and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a huge letdown. I had trouble reaching anyone for help with my order, it was like they were avoiding me! And don't even get me started on the return process - what a headache. Charging me to return something? Not cool. In this day and age, customer service should be way better than this. It was basically non-existent and super frustrating.

I had a problem with the return policy on their site not too long ago. I was confused about all the details. The site said I had 30 days to return stuff, but I wasn't sure what would go down if I wanted to return my shoes after that. It was annoying not knowing for sure, and it made me wonder if I'd come back to shop there again.

I went and got my school book, but I needed some help with the little things in it. The customer service there was amazing, they assisted me immediately and made sure I had all the information I required. They were really kind and understanding with me, which I loved.

Jay was awesome during our video chat! He did a great job explaining things and was really patient with me. I never would have figured it out without his help. He even managed to find time for me in his busy schedule, which I thought was really nice. I definitely suggest working with him!
