    My recent experience with that company was a total letdown. Dealing with their customer service was a real headache - couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me out. Their lack of communication and support left me feeling so annoyed and ignored. I would definitely not recommend buying from them after going through all that. It was like a total nightmare.

    DLC purchase error

    I just bought a DLC from GamersGate and when I tried to use the Steam code, I found out it was already used. So, I contacted the GamersGate Support team to get some help. I was really impressed with how fast and effectively they fixed the problem. The support team was super professional, knew what they were doing, and really went out of their way to make things right.     The gummies tasted better than I expected, I'd give them an 8 out of 10 based on what's in them. I think other LEOS and folks with stressful jobs like mine would dig this product.     Driver Updater

    So, I have decided to give Outbyte a go last month and it worked even better than I expected. I wouldn't say that my Lenovo laptop is old but it's not brand new either so clearly it had some driver issues that I had to take care of. I tried to do it myself but soon realized I would need professional help.

    I googled for the driver updating software and actually tested 3 different products until I settled for Outbyte's driver updater. It had the most intuitive interface in my opinion. Upon activating I got an offer from their customer support service - they asked whether I needed help with the drivers. I decided to give it a go, since I was still not sure whether I should update all my outdated drivers or not (some were not updated for 3 years!). So, I connected with them and the guys figured out my problem as quick as a flash. I was impressed that they didn't only solve my problems with printer, mouse and I think my NVIDIA drivers but also shared tips on where to search for alternative drivers in case Outbyte doesn't work as expected. The tech specialist had a slight Indian accent which was surprising since Outbyte is from Australia, guess they outsource their customer support like other tech companies. Anyway, I am happy with the service I got.

    It's like having that geeky friend of yours who always knows what to do with the computer just a phone call away. We all need one!

    I purchased the driver updater in hopes of fixing our Windows 10 laptop which was excruciatingly slow. Knowing that updating drivers can be risky, I waited until my schedule opened a bit. After running the update, Windows would no longer boot at all. When I used the Recovery Programs, I discovered that all the prior restore points had been obliterated. And none of the recovery tools were successful. I was forced to re-install Windows 10 and start over. When I contacted OutByte, they refused to refund the price because it took me more than 30 days to discover how awful this product can be.

    Update: After their initial refusal based on standard policy, they kindly reconsidered and provided a full refund. I understand every pc is different and that sometimes fixes can go bad. I'm glad they recognized that this was one of those cases.

    hello i was bought today about 14.pm and i got message that i will receive one email for 10/15 min and still didnt receive any mail or response from them.Also i text them and still not answer.

    hello, i purchased a licence for the Driver Updater on Saturday the 3rd of July and havent gotten the Licence Key yet, only the purchase confirmation. i tried to get in contact various times and havent gotten a reply nor an information regarding why it happend. The Mail has not gotten in the Spam Ordner, i checked this multible times. in hope to find it but i had no luck. it has sadly come to the point of waiting and missing answers that i asked for a refund on the Outbyte Website as i can hardly pay for a product i cant even access

    Hi I was just wondering if you got any information from them because I’m in the same boat I bought a bed that’s the month ago and haven’t really got any updates

    Same here haven’t received no tracking number or anything , not even a call or email back . So upset

    I placed my order for 2 AR550 vest combos nearly 6 weeks ago. They keep pushing the ship date back. They're not answering calls, takes several days to get a response if you get one. Horrible experience. I'm considering disputing the charges if I don't get shipping confirmation soon.

    Same here. They told me that the manufacture was to start the manufacturing process after my order, so I need to pay material cost if I want to cancel it.
