Shoes in incorrect size
I just bought a pair of shoes online and they ended up being the wrong size. I've gotten shoes from this brand in the past and never had a problem. But when I went to send these ones back, I found out I had to cover the return shipping costs myself on top of the already pricey shipping I paid for originally. So basically, I'd only be getting a tiny bit of my money back because of the crazy fees for returning them. It's really annoying and I'm pretty bummed about the whole situation. The customer service has been pretty lacking too.
