Regular and extra strength oils for two black labs
I've been using the regular strength and extra strength oils from this company for my two black labs, who are 4 and 14 years old, for over a year now. I've really seen a big difference in how my dogs are doing after just a few weeks of giving them Lola oils. One time we ran out of the oil, and within a couple of days, we noticed that our 14-year-old dog was having a harder time moving around. That really showed us how well these oils work, and we definitely won't forget to order more next time. The company was also super helpful when I had questions, and I really appreciated that. As a customer of RoboTask, I gotta say I was really impressed with the task automation software I bought. The software was easy to use and made it simple for me to automate a bunch of tasks on my computer without having to mess around with complicated scripts or coding. Poor customer support
I'm really frustrated with the terrible customer support from this company. I emailed them several times and didn't hear back at all. It's so annoying to be ignored when you're just trying to get help or info about a product.

Foundation purchase
I recently bought a foundation from this company and it was honestly the worst experience ever. I didn't get any updates on when my product would be delivered after placing my order. When I checked online a week later, it said the package had been delivered, even though I never got it. I emailed them to explain, but they basically called me a liar, saying their tracking system is flawless. Since the package wasn't worth much, they didn't take any photos or need a signature during delivery, so now I have no proof I didn't get it. They flat-out said no to sending a replacement or giving me a refund, leaving me totally ripped off. It's so frustrating to be accused of lying and not being taken seriously by a company that clearly doesn't care about its customers. I won't ever buy from them again and will definitely tell others about this awful experience.
