Free sample packs
I ordered those free sample packs from that place and they got to me real quick, but I feel like they were just trying to push their pricey products on me. They even threw in a bonus packet of caramel apple kratom, but it seemed sketchy so I just tossed it. The samples didn't really have any effect on me and they seemed pretty fake. Wasn't too happy with the whole experience.

I bought a bracelet from your store not long ago. But when I got my order, I noticed that one of the bracelets was broken. This was a bummer because I really like your store and have always had good experiences before. I get that mistakes can happen, but I hope you can work on quality control before sending products out. Even with this problem, I still love the cool and special stuff your store has.

I've been trying to get in touch with customer service several times but haven't heard back yet. I submitted three tickets and even called the phone number they gave, but it wasn't working. It's really frustrating because I want to support and recommend this company to others.

I was really disappointed with the bedding set I bought. It was not worth the price I paid for it. The material felt cheap and the stitching was already falling apart after only a few uses. I was hoping for better quality for the price I paid. The design was nice, but that's pretty much the only good thing I can say about it.

First-time order, premium quality shoes
I randomly found this place and thought I'd try out their design tool. Non-delivered orders
This website is a total ripoff! I ordered something and it never showed up. When I asked for my money back, they wanted me to provide proof from the post office that I couldn't get. The tracking info clearly said my stuff never got where it was supposed to. It's really disappointing to see a site that used to be good go downhill like this.

Kitchen appliance
I gotta say, I'm really bummed about my experience as an HSN customer. I went ahead and ordered a kitchen appliance online, only to have my order suddenly cancelled with no good reason. So, I decided to reach out to customer service to get some answers. They told me there was some fraud involved with my order and that I needed to talk to their verification department. But, when I tried to sort things out with the verification department, they weren't helpful at all. They didn't offer any more info and just straight up hung up on me. The total lack of transparency and communication in this whole mess was beyond frustrating and honestly left me feeling pretty let down by the whole ordeal.

Oh my goodness, I am absolutely in love with the clothes and shoes we picked out for my little sister from this store! They are adorably cute and totally stylish, plus the quality is off the charts.
