    Fake KN95 masks

    The masks they sell here are totally fake! They don't even have the right markings to prove they're real KN95 masks. Selling fakes like that is seriously risky and putting people's lives in danger. I left a 1 star review, but they filtered it out and only show the good ones. So not cool!

    Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

    My recent experience with this company really let me down. I ordered a mask that was supposed to be in stock and even paid for faster shipping. But, it took over two weeks for my order to show up, even after I sent multiple emails asking about it. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my order, they didn't listen and ended up shipping it days later. Even when I reached out on Instagram, they said they'd refund me at first, but never did. Now, I'm going to report them to the BBB because of their shady practices and bad customer service.

    I bought 11 black masks and they were all jacked up, seriously! I sent them pics to prove it. I asked for replacements or a refund, but all I'm getting are these automated responses about shipping. They're not even listening to me! Watch out if you're thinking about buying from them!

    Delayed Order, Lack of Communication

    I ordered from this company almost two weeks ago and I am so frustrated with how they're handling everything. They charged my card right away for the masks, but my order hasn't even been sent out yet. On top of that, they won't even answer my emails asking what's going on. It's really disappointing to see a business act this way.

    I just bought something from this online store that said it would ship super fast, but it was a total mess. Even though I shelled out extra for rush shipping, my stuff never showed up when they said it would. I was stressing out trying to figure out what to do last minute. And on top of that, their customer service was a joke. Couldn't find a number to call, and my emails got ghosted. It's the worst feeling to think you got ripped off after working hard for your cash.

    Poor quality masks, slow shipping

    I ordered these masks more than 2 weeks ago and decided to cancel my order after waiting for so long and only seeing a label created. But, when I reached out to customer service, they said it had already been shipped out and couldn't be canceled. Surprisingly, I got an update from USPS the very next night saying that it had just been shipped. Unfortunately, when the masks finally arrived, I found out they were not good quality and didn't even have the necessary certification printed on them like real KN95 masks should.

    They do not ship the same day or even the same month. I will be contacting my credit card to cancel order due to false advertising.
    Be careful if you do order. Quantities are mixed and easy to order the wrong amount.

    KN95 Masks

    The masks are fine, they work like they are supposed to. Sometimes the elastic breaks off but that will happen with all disposable masks. The issue I have is the shipping. It took them 10 BUSINESS days to ship out my order when their site says same day shipping on orders placed before 2pm! Then it took another 7 business days fo my order to get to me. We are talking over 3 weeks in time to receive an order. That is just ridiculous. Their normal shipping time says 3-7 processing 3-5 delivery....this happened with oth orders I placed. Shame on me for not learning my lesson the first time. Now i have 50 masks I don't need because the mask mandate was lifted in my state just this week! Bottom line, if you can wait a month go ahead and order, but you can get the same thing off Amazon and for less!

    Here's my review that they'll never publish and probably WHY they don't let comments on their posts anymore:

    So, despite that these are NOT labeled as authentic KN95 masks, I ordered them because I'd ordered them before and they were at least better than other items I could find in stock at this point. I ordered on Jan 18th, because I was having surgery on January 27th, and also have plans to travel by plane on Feb 6-Feb 8th. On January 25th, I finally thought to check shipping status as it seemed they should have arrived. It showed unfulfilled. I wrote them, said NVM, I'll buy elsewhere, give me back my $82. Two days later, they created a shipping label (January 27th). Two days after that (January 29th) they replied to my email to say, Can't cancel, it's already left warehouse. Yesterday, (February 4th) they actually DID take my shipment to the post office--A full 8 days after they created the shipping label, 10 days after I canceled, and more than two weeks (17 days) after I placed the order. I specifically ordered items that showed in stock (ships out in 2-3 days) so I would get them in time. Instead, I got ... around, lied to, and I now have masks that may someday come long after their intended use, (tracking shows due to arrive to me on Feb 8th) and long after I made purchases elsewhere. And they're not even legit KN95 masks.... Never again.

    I had the very same experience! I placed an order for masks from MaskC on or about January 25, 2022. They immediately took my money. Absolutely NO communication on shipping or order status. In early February I emailed them twice. NO response. SO, I posted a comment on their Facebook page and used Messenger to find out what was going on. They hadn't shipped the masks at all and seemed somewhat evasive about the order. I messaged them every couple of days, asking for a refund as they had taken too long to mail the masks. Only on February 10th did they finally mail the masks. They seemed to sit in postal limbo for days, with the tracking number showing "shipping information received". More messages followed to the point I demanded a refund because of how slow they were, even after they took my money. SO, I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card. I don't know if that will work in my favor but I tried. Then they BLOCKED me on FB! They apparently delete negative comments, but there are plenty of angry emojis. Please, purchase your masks somewhere else.

    This company does not respond to their customer service emails. I emailed them 3x (one right after putting my order through) and my emails were all ignored with no response whatsoever. While I completely understand their Refund Policy with regards to masks, I do not understand why there was no response regarding my request to cancel or change an order, which had not yet been shipped. They should be ashamed of themselves. Very disappointed.

    KF94 adult masks, black

    I ordered adult KF94 masks, in black. I was sent fake KF94 masks, a fact which is obvious because the certificate included with the masks shows that they were manufactured in China, while authentic KF94 masks are made in Korea. I am waiting to hear back from the company about whether they will refund my money since what I ordered was sent was not what they sent me.

    Did you get a response from them? I also received Made in China KF94 from Maskc and I contacted them about it, but they only responded with a generic shipping information without addressing my concerns. I wrote to them again, but they have not responded.

After 2 weeks, I could only contact them by email and got a canned reply about delayed masks - none of which were in my order.     I was looking so forward to purchasing masks from this place. Unfortunately on back order but they came. They came completely wrong. I have tried for 3 days to get with their customer service that doesn't seem to exist. It was automated giving me where to order instead of helping fix my issue. I have tried to return the pink masks not ordered to receive the deep hues. It would be nice if someone could call me to fix this issue so I can receive the correct masks. Simple mistake made ... by lack of customer service.

    I ordered several packages of masks. I received an e mail on the first of October with a tracking for shipment. Two weeks later it shows the post office has not received the package. Same as other reviews first they blame the post office now they are not responding to my e/mail. I will have to dispute with my credit card. I’ve ordered in the past and received my order in 5 to 8 days.
    Never again. It’s not worth the stress!

    I too have had great service in the past, love their product, but am totally frosted with no help on my order which was posted as Label Created 10-1- Their response is they are so big they ship thousands of pieces at a time (not hundreds like other companies) so it takes longer to check
    In their pallets- I doubt we will see our orders

    Such a shame that a company that offers great masks let their greed exceed their relationship with their customers. I have ordered from them before and while it did take longer than I expected I was truly pleased with the product. Based on that experience I ordered a larger supply of masks for my entire staff. This order has run into the exact same issues as those expressed by others. Ordered 9/13, emailed on 9/28 and finally got an order comfirmation. Was offered a great discount "on my next order" for my inconvenience. 9/28 got a shipping confirmation that was a USPS pickup notification. 10/6, shipment tracking hasn't moved. Emailed again and was told it is all on USPS...they no longer have the shipment & it is sitting on a pallet waiting for USPS to process. So frustrating and disappointing. They are imploding their business! I will expect a refund.

    Having the exact issues on an order placed 9-29 and label created 10-1- To date it shows no progress past a label created and I can’t get a response either-

    Order placed on 9/9, as of today 10/5, nothing received. It should not take one month to receive fashionable masks. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. $40 lost! I did reach out to customer service. They sent a $15 off coupon which I will never use after this. I doubt I’m ever going to receive my actual package. Buy from local in person shops instead. Giving them 1 star. Only fast thing about them is deducting the money from my account.

    Tuscany Face Mask

    I ordered the Tuscany masks before on an $8 sale and loved them. They were sold out for a while, so when they came back, I ordered 4 Packs at full price.

    1. I ordered on August 24. My order was not received until September 20.

    2. The order said "Tuscany" but it was pink instead of the brown color.

    I checked the website, and Tuscany is now shown alongside the pink color. I pulled up my past emails and saw they were still showing it as brown long after I ordered.

    3. I emailed Customer Service 6 times explaining the above. Each time they sent the same response. "Your order has shipped. Please let us know if you want to refuse the shipment or return for a refund." I stated refund, and they kept emailing that same short message to say it shipped.

    4. Found a phone number for them on facebook. Called it, and it is a recording that says "If you want to own this valuable phone number, please call (different number).

    I went from slightly annoyed to livid just from the frustration of their "customer service."

    So I would say if you get what you asked for, the masks are fine. But if they send the wrong thing or you have ANY issues, they will not be resolved.

    I ordered two different color selections on 9/3 and have not yet received them nor have I received a shipping notice. I wish I would have known about this company before ordering from them. I hope the masks eventually arrive!
