    Botched order, nonexistent customer service

    I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this company. Their customer service is so terrible, it's unbelievable. All I've gotten are automated responses that don't really help at all. I've been trying to get a refund and it's just been a total nightmare. It's like they're avoiding giving me my money back on purpose. I'm starting to think I got scammed. This whole experience is so frustrating and it's making me so mad.

    Laptop Purchase

    I just got a laptop from this company and it was a mess. First off, it showed up way later than they said it would. And on top of that, it came with some problem that made it totally useless. I've been trying to get a refund or a new one, but so far, I haven't gotten anywhere. It's really disappointing to see a big company like this dropping the ball like this.

    Samsung Galaxy S10+ digitizer and screen combo

    My husband accidentally dropped his Samsung Galaxy S10+ and messed up the screen big time. It was all cracked and the bottom half was bright white, couldn't even use it. So I went online, did some research, and decided to get a new screen and digitizer combo from Digital Supply. Ordering was easy peasy, and the package came quick. My husband fixed his own phone with the new parts, saved us a bunch of time and money instead of going to a repair shop. The parts were top-notch, and now the phone looks and works like brand new. If you need phone repair parts, definitely check out Digital Supply. Highly recommend them.

    Bag with faulty stitching

    I got this bag from the Ashford outlet this June, cost me £199. Only used it a few times before I saw the stitching on the handle falling apart while on vacation in July. Talked to the manager, Dan, but he wasn't very helpful. He wanted me to bring the bag in for inspection and fix it myself, which didn't sit well with me. Even though he offered to replace the bag with another one as a "good will gesture", the same problem happened again after just two weeks. Dealing with all of this has been super annoying and I feel like I wasted my time and money.

    Formula purchase for baby

    I've been using this formula for my baby and it's been amazing. It has all the nutrients my baby needs and they seem to really like it. I haven't had any problems with gas or breathing like some other people have mentioned. It's easy to mix and dissolves without making a bunch of air bubbles.

    There is absolutely zero customer support once you make a purchase! I bought a phone that turned out to be defective and I reached out to them several times for a refund or exchange, but I didn't get any response at all. It's like they ghost you as soon as they have your money. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, you're pretty much on your own, good luck trying to get help from them.

    Recent underwear purchase

    I bought some underwear from this company not too long ago and I have to say, I'm really let down by the quality. The elastic is already losing its stretch and the underwear is starting to stretch out after only a few times wearing them. It's disappointing to see a brand that used to be made in America now making such poor-quality stuff in China and Vietnam. When I brought up these problems with a customer service rep named Becky, it was like talking to a wall. She seemed more focused on playing games than fixing the issue. This whole situation has really made me think twice about this company.
