I've been using this email newsletter management tool for more than a year now for personal and client websites. It's super easy to use and makes creating and managing newsletters a piece of cake. But I wouldn't suggest it for Internet Marketing Affiliate, MLM, or Biz Opp niches.

The beauty gadget I bought totally blew my mind with how well it works and how convenient it is. I've tried out all sorts of beauty gadgets over the years, but none of them have impressed me as much as this one. It's small, but it does a killer job at getting results. I even stopped using some of my other beauty treatments because this gadget does it all. I'm super happy with my purchase. And on top of that, the customer service was top-notch. The team was super helpful, really knew their stuff, and did everything they could to make sure I was happy.

Smashed contents of gift delivery
The gift I got was a total mess when it arrived - everything was all smashed up because the packaging was terrible. I tried calling the Dublin number twice but got sent to an Indian call center both times. All they said was they could refund the broken stuff, nothing about the items ruined by the wine. My son really tried to give me a nice Christmas present, but it turned out to be a waste of his money. I'm gonna make sure no one else has a disappointing shopping experience like this.

Broadband contract renewal
I just renewed my broadband contract, and wouldn't you know it - the price went up just three weeks later. So, I called up customer service to see what was up, but they were no help at all. They didn't seem to care about keeping a loyal customer who had just renewed. I was really let down by the lack of care from them, so I won't be renewing with them again. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants dependable service and fair treatment.

Skin salvation cream and body & bath oil
The skin salvation cream and body & bath oil from this company have completely transformed my daughter's eczema. We've tested out a bunch of other creams with no luck, but ever since we switched to these products, her skin has been looking so much better. The salvation cream is super soothing and hydrating, and the body & bath oil gives her skin that extra boost of moisture it needs. We're really thankful for these products and plan on using them as long as we have to.

Rouge Forever Liquid Lipstick
I picked up this lipstick while I was traveling, and let me tell you, the color and quality are top-notch. But, man, the formula is super runny - like way too runny. It's like a spill waiting to happen, and it stained everything in sight. I had a serious accident where it got all over my clothes, and no amount of stain remover could fix it. The price I paid for this lipstick was no laughing matter, and the thought of that stain on my favorite shirt almost made me cry. Oh, and a little tip - try not to eat greasy foods while wearing it, 'cause it'll wear off faster.

Rug purchase with online discount
I bought a rug from your online store at a discount, but I couldn't pick it up on time because of bad weather. I called the store to ask them to hold it for me and they said it wouldn't be a problem. However, when my daughter went to get it, the staff wanted to charge her the full price even though it was on sale and I had a coupon. I was really disappointed by the inconsistency in pricing and the fact that they didn't honor the online price. I tried reaching out to customer service to fix the issue, but they weren't very helpful and it was frustrating dealing with them. This whole experience has left me feeling unsatisfied with the customer service and has made me think twice about shopping at your stores in the future.
