TM pre-order disappointment
I pre-ordered a product from this company, thinking I'd get it before it hit stores. But they haven't given me a shipping date, even though they said they would. I'm really let down by their lack of communication and follow-through. I've asked for updates but got nothing back. From now on, I'll stick to buying from stores where I can see and buy the product in person on release day.

Phone screen protectors
I've been a customer of this company for years, and I've always been really impressed with their phone screen protectors. I've had to replace a few because of drops and scratches, but their protectors are so durable that I've never had to replace a phone screen. What really makes this company stand out is their awesome customer service. Their free replacement policy is a total game-changer, especially when you're as clumsy as I am with dropping your phone. They might ask you to cover the shipping and handling for the replacement, but I don't mind at all considering how great their products are. Even when I moved to Portugal, they went above and beyond to send me a final replacement screen and case for my phone. The care and dedication they showed really blew me away. I can confidently say that I highly recommend both their products and the amazing service they provide.
