I had a pretty bad experience as a customer at Buitrago Cigars. I ordered a specific cigar, but they sent me a different one without asking me first. When I reached out to them about the mistake, they said the original item was out of stock. They wouldn't give me a refund or let me return it, but only offered me half off store credit. This kind of shady behavior shows they don't really care about keeping customers happy. I would suggest avoiding this company, since they only seem to care about making money. After what happened to me and what I've read in other reviews, I'm not sure I can trust this business.

Gift purchase solution
I thought Daily Steals was really awesome for finding a gift for someone who basically has everything already. I wasn't even trying hard to look for a gift then, but I came across their website and found just the right thing. They had a lot of options and the prices were good. Ordering was simple and the delivery was pretty fast. In the end, I had a good time shopping with Daily Steals.

TM pre-order disappointment
I pre-ordered a product from this company, thinking I'd get it before it hit stores. But they haven't given me a shipping date, even though they said they would. I'm really let down by their lack of communication and follow-through. I've asked for updates but got nothing back. From now on, I'll stick to buying from stores where I can see and buy the product in person on release day.
