Golf Travel Bag Purchase
I just bought a golf travel bag from this company and man, oh man, was I let down. I only used it twice and already, the fabric is torn up. It's clear this bag can't handle the rough and tough airport baggage control scene. So, I decided to reach out to customer service. The response I got? A canned message telling me this problem ain't covered under warranty.
I checked out some other reviews and it's pretty obvious this company couldn't care less about quality or making their customers happy. I wish I had done my research before buying. That way, I could've warned others about the low-quality products and lousy service.
