Review about: Bellacor
Uttermost stools
I got some Uttermost stools from Bellacor recently and it was a really good experience. They came fast and were packaged up really well to keep them safe during shipping. The only problem was that I was missing a pad for one of the stools to keep it from moving around on the floor. I got in touch with my account manager, Amy Swan, and she was super helpful in getting everything sorted out. In just a few days, the missing pad showed up at my house and now I can enjoy using my new stools without any worries.

These boxes are seriously the best for my furry buddy. The toys are super strong and keep my pup busy for hours, the treats are tasty, and the themes each month are so creative and enjoyable. I've never been let down by any of the boxes I've gotten. I totally suggest them!

While the shopping experience was pretty good, I couldn't help but notice that the customer service team seemed a little swamped. It would've been nice to see more info on the website, like what's in the packaging and if a gift option is needed. That would've made things a lot quicker for me.

Expensive book order
I ordered this really expensive book from this company and let me tell you, their customer service has been a complete disaster. So get this, after I made the order, I realized they didn't even charge me for it! I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times to let them know about the mistake, but no one has bothered to respond. Every time I call, they feed me this line about connecting me to the right department, only for them to hang up on me. This whole "silence is golden" act is absolutely not okay. I'm a paying customer and I expect a higher level of service and reliability from a company like this. I don't want to be hit with a charge out of the blue because of their mess up. It's annoying and not cool to leave customers hanging like this. I'm definitely not giving them my business again and I would suggest others think twice before shopping with them.

I used to struggle with making decisions at stores, but thanks to this service, those days are behind me. I really appreciate being able to try out different items in the comfort of my own home without feeling pressured by pushy salespeople. Wantable has definitely brought the joy back to shopping for me. I used to hate going to stores and would usually leave without buying anything, but now I always manage to find something that I really like and that suits my style. Plus, being able to easily return items if necessary is a huge bonus.

Eye cream purchase
I bought this eye cream from that company, and man, oh man, did I end up with a bad allergic reaction! My eyes were surrounded by eczema, it was not fun. I tried to talk to them about it, but did I ever get an apology or a quick refund? Nope. Instead, they told me to send the product back so many times, and every time they gave me the wrong address. And even when the delivery guy couldn't find the right address, they still wouldn't give me my money back. Crazy, right?

I just bought some medicine for my pet from this pharmacy and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their customer service. They said they'd call me back but never did. I sent emails with no response, and even left a voicemail but got no call back. It's pretty frustrating how they're not keeping up with communication. Now I'm not too happy with this pharmacy.
