Trip booking experience
My experience booking a trip with this company was a total letdown. I reserved a trip for the end of August back in March, just to have my booking get cancelled a few days later with no reason or refund. The lack of communication and transparency was really frustrating and seemed unprofessional. I felt like I got ripped off and it really upset me.
