Subscription options, fridge purchase

Sheet mask set
I bought a sheet mask set from this company not too long ago. Unfortunately, I never got my package. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but I never heard back from them. And even when my subscription renewed by mistake, they totally ignored me when I asked for a refund and the products that I already paid for.
