Indian ethnic wear
I bought some Indian clothes from this store not too long ago and honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. The stuff didn't look anything like it did in the pictures. It was super low quality and definitely not worth the hefty price I paid. The stitching was all messed up and the embellishments were on all crooked. The material felt really cheap and scratchy against my skin. I was so frustrated and bummed out by the whole ordeal that I definitely won't be shopping there again.

I had the most amazing customer service experience ever! Paula was like a superhero, coming in and fixing my problem quickly. She was extremely friendly and made me feel like a VIP. The entire team was nice and made me feel special. I'm thrilled with the service, they're the best!

My experience with Ikrix had its ups and downs. Ordering was easy and I got quick answers to my questions. But, I was bummed out when I found out I couldn't exchange the size of the clothes I bought. So, I had to deal with the whole return process. Plus, I wasn't happy about having to pay for the return shipping, that caught me off guard. And to make matters worse, I couldn't even return the item because I was missing some paperwork. This whole situation was frustrating and left me feeling disappointed.

Hiking poles ordered for trip
I just bought a new set of hiking poles from your store since I'm getting ready for a trip to Costa Rica. The product itself was great and it arrived on time, which was important before we left. The only hiccup was that FedEx didn't stick to the one-day delivery like I paid for, but the 2-day option worked out fine. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and grateful it came on time.
