Rain gear and snowshoes
The rain gear and snowshoes I got from that store were a huge letdown. The rain jacket started leaking after only a few times wearing it, and the snowshoes broke the first time I used them. The quality of the stuff was way lower than I thought it'd be, and it felt like I threw my money away on things that didn't even last a season. The customer service didn't make things any better, they didn't seem to care and didn't even apologize for selling such low-quality products. I won't be going back there, that's for sure.

The customer service isn't the best - they have limited phone hours and their return policy only gives you store credit, not refunds. When you think about the price, quality, service, and delivery time, it might not be worth it to order from this company.
