Sweater purchase
I just bought a sweater from this store, and man, I was so let down by how they handled my order. I placed it on a Saturday, and come Thursday, I still hadn't heard a peep about when it was gonna show up. I had to shoot them an email before they finally sent over a tracking number. But get this - turns out they only printed a FedEx label and didn't even actually ship the sweater yet. Like, seriously? That kind of shady lack of info and communication is just not cool, especially from a store.
