It's great that someone finally brought up how bad this supposed amazing service is. I bought some jewelry supplies not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The whole ordering thing was a mess, the prices were ridiculously high, and let's not even talk about how late the delivery was. I decided to take a chance on them even though people had mixed opinions, but I definitely should've trusted my instincts.

Also, one of the pairs of jeans I got was too large even though I checked the size chart. It would be awesome if they had a simpler exchange process for situations like this.
