I went to this store not too long ago and honestly, I was super let down by how things went down. The customer service was just so bad and the whole vibe was off. The people working there were not helpful at all and kind of rude, and the stuff they were selling was really not up to par. On top of that, when I tried to get a refund, they totally messed it up. It's a shame since I've been a loyal customer for years now. But hey, I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Customer service experience
During my recent trip to the store, I noticed that the women working there weren't very friendly or helpful. When I made a mistake at the register, they were really rude about it. It almost felt like they thought I couldn't speak English, but I can. I even tried to thank them in English, but they didn't even respond. Customer service is all about being polite and welcoming, not unfriendly and dismissive.
