Subscription plan issue
I messed up my subscription plan when I signed up for this service. But, you know what? Customer service actually came through for me. They really listened to me, figured out what went wrong, and even gave me back some money when I picked the right plan. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how they handled everything.
