Advanced ticket purchase
I bought tickets for a big event way ahead of time, but two weeks before the show, I still hadn't gotten them. Even though I got a bunch of emails saying they were coming soon. The tracking info just said a tracking number was made, but didn't tell me where my tickets were. When I tried to get in touch with the company 48 hours before the show like they said, they didn't answer my email. I was stressing about how I'd get my tickets in time. Plus, the $18.00 I paid for shipping the tickets and parking pass wasn't refundable, even though their delivery system clearly failed. Dealing with this company has been a real letdown and hassle.

Thick tufted 6x9 rug purchase
I have to tell you, the rug I got from here is really amazing! I went with the thick tufted 6x9 rug for my family room and man, does it look good on my wood floor. I also picked up a 5x7 tufted rug from this place for my office, and let me tell you, it's been holding up great. I even threw the smaller one in the wash and it came out looking fantastic. But I have to admit, I'm a bit hesitant about washing the big one. Just a heads up if you're thinking about it.
