Gazebo curtains too short
I bought some gazebo curtains from this shop and they ended up being a foot too short for my 10x13 gazebo. I contacted them about it, but they said they only deal with after-sales for their own brand orders. Even though I explained that this was an after-sales issue for me, they never got back to me. I had to call customer service three times just to get one response, and that's not okay.

Appointment experience with ease
I had an appointment recently that went really well. Picking a vet was easy, just clear and simple. There was a little issue with the audio during the appointment, but it got fixed right away. The vet I saw really put in the effort to make sure my pet was well taken care of. They showed real dedication and passion for their job, which was awesome to see.

Fast delivery, disappointing product, slow refund
The delivery came really fast, but what I got wasn't what I thought it would be. I had to send one thing back, and on top of that, I didn't even get my money back right away. It was pretty annoying and kind of a letdown.

VPN service
I was trying to connect to ITV on my ASUSWRT router using a UK VPN, but I noticed there were some missing frames and pauses. It was working better than ExpressVPN, but still not perfect. I wish they could make it easier to use a dedicated VPN server for ITV on the router like you can in the app. It would be awesome if they could also add the faster WireGuard protocol.

The website was such a mess, it felt like trying to figure out a Rubik's cube with my eyes closed. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and when I did manage to order something, half of it was missing. And don't even get me started on customer service - it's like they disappear into thin air. I'd rather pay extra for American products from companies that actually give a darn about their customers.
